The PräziCoat Pro is a high-performance gluing machine featuring a rotating doctor blade roller, specifically designed for use with animal hot glue gelatin. It delivers an exceptionally clean and uniform glue application.

Key Features & Functionality:

- Precise Glue Application: Both the rotation speed of the roller and the glue application thickness are adjustable.

- Automatic Viscosity Control (AVC): Equipped with a patented automatic viscosity control system that regulates the solid content of the glue, eliminating downtime from manual viscosity checks.

- Integrated Timer: An integrated timer allows you to program the machine to automatically heat the glue to the desired temperature at a set time, ensuring it's ready for production when you are, and eliminating warm-up waiting times.

- No Cleaning Required: Virtually no cleaning is needed at the end of a work session; simply switch off the machine and let it cool. The roller, glue basin, viscosity control, and doctor blade rollers do not require cleaning. If cleaning is necessary, for instance, when changing adhesives, the glue basin can be easily removed.

- Climate Controlled Table: Features a ventilated and heated table to prevent condensation on the material feed, infeed rollers, and under the laying-on table.
