The PräLomo Pro is a pneumatic book rounding machine designed for efficiently rounding the spines of book blocks across a wide range of formats. It is equally effective for individual books with frequently changing block thicknesses and for series production.

- Wide Format Range: It handles a large format range for book blocks.

- Heated & Movable Rounding Plate: A heated and movable rounding plate ensures fast and uniform rounding. The temperature of this plate can be continuously adjusted via a regulator , which warms the adhesive binding during the rounding process, making the book block much easier and more uniformly rounded.

- Foot Pedal Control: The force of the rounding plate is controllable via a foot pedal. The harder the pedal is pressed, the stronger the rounding plate presses.

- Quick Table Height Adjustment: The table height is very quickly adjustable to accommodate different block thicknesses. An arrestment lever on the left side of the machine frame allows for block thickness adjustment.

- Integrated Warming Plate: An attached warming plate with digital temperature control is located on the right side of the machine. Book blocks can be stacked here for pre-warming the adhesive binding, making it more pliable for the rounding process.

- Hotmelt Compatibility: The digital temperature setting allows for adjusting the softening point of hotmelts, ensuring the adhesive does not lose its bonding strength after rounding.
